Pre-Meeting Course | The Shoulder Surgeon’s Roadmap: From Arthroscopy to Arthroplasty

MAOA 2022 Annual Meeting | Thursday – Saturday | Includes instructional courses, plenary sessions, symposia, ask the expert session, breakout subspecialty-oriented sessions, and posters. 

Dr. William Cross, 2022 Program Chair, along with the 2021-2022 Program Committee have put together an outstanding program for the 2022 Annual Meeting.  Some highlights include: 

  • Ask the Expert and Case Discussions on Thursday, April 7, 2022, during the Plenary Session. Two topics will be offered:
    • Trauma: Oh No! What Do I Do Now?
    • Adult Reconstruction: Challenges in Hip, Knee, and Shoulder Surgery
  • Symposiums will be presented by a 2-3 person panel who are experts in that particular field during each plenary session. 
    • The Athletic Ankle – Injuries and Treatment
    • Ankle Fractures: The Good, Bad, and the Ugly
    • Innovative Technology in Arthroplasty – Bring it On or Go it Alone?
  • Spotlight lectures scheduled during the breakout sessions. An expert in that particular breakout session will present a short talk, in addition to the regularly scheduled talks.
  • Resident Quiz Bowl - All residents are invited to form a two-person team for this lively competition on Saturday morning.
