HILTON SANDESTIN RESORT POOLS
As a salt- and sand-free alternative to the Gulf of Mexico beach, Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa offers guests the use of three pools, one indoor and two outdoor. They also have two whirlpools and a toddler pool.
The two large outdoor pools are located on each side of Barefoot's Beachside Bar & Grill. Palm trees dot the pools’ borders and there are plenty of chaise lounges and tables poolside. Because the pools overlook the beach, they provide quick beach access to those who prefer to spend their days alternating between pool and gulf. While the larger of the two outdoor pools ranges from three to eight feet deep, the other outdoor pool ranges from three to six feet deep.

At Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, they are proud to be the largest full-service beachfront resort on Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast. Since all that they offer is under one roof, guests never have to leave the resort, unless they want to. This is especially convenient when it comes to dining. The resort offers seven different dining options, plus in-room dining for all three meals and snacks in addition to wonderful enhancements to your stay. Every single item served – whether it’s seafood and steak or fruits and vegetables – is delivered fresh daily and never frozen (unless, of course, it’s ice cream).

*MAOA has been allotted “Run of the House” accommodations. This means that the special MAOA room rate will include rooms in all categories listed on the MAOA website. These special MAOA group rates are valid three (3) days preceding and three (3) days following the meeting, based upon availability. Accommodations will be assigned at the time of check–in according to your reservation request.

There will be a $20 charge for each additional adult in the room exceeding double occupancy. All special room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 12% and subject to change.
RESORT AMENITIES PROGRAM
HILTON SANDESTIN BEACH GOLF RESORT charges a daily Resort Fee of $30.00 per night. This fee has been waived for all attendees of the MAOA meeting who are booked through MAOA Registration. The resort fee includes guest internet access, self-parking, fitness center access, tram transport throughout the resort, board and beach games, resort activities, kids 10 and under eat free breakfast at Sandcastles with a paid adult, exclusive shopping pass, and local/toll free calls. MAOA will provide complimentary internet in conference & meeting spaces.

HOTEL CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A one night’s deposit with a major credit card is due at time of booking. Guests must cancel seven (7) days prior to scheduled date of arrival to avoid being charged a 1–night cancellation fee.
